ORDERING POLICY
Izabella will be glad to help you with any special circumstance you may have. Please contact Izabella at sales@myizabella.com or call customer service @ (678) 395-4899 for any rush orders or special orders you would like to request. Also, if you have an inquiry about an event in which you will be placing a bulk order, please contact customer service to get ship date and/or pricing information. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
SHIPPING AND TAXES
All Izabella orders are made for the specifications of your order. Please allow 2-4 days for orders to ship. Shipping rates are based on UPS national rates. Orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia will have a 7% sales tax added. No sales tax will be added for shipments outside of Georgia.
